Welcome! I'm a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Nashville, Tennessee. I hold my Master's Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt School of Nursing, where I specialized in Psychiatry. I attended Villanova University for my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, and University of Michigan for a Bachelor of Arts.

My integrative approach blends evidence-informed practices with holistic methods to provide comprehensive, individualized care and address the root causes of symptoms. Services include blood work and functional testing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Supplement Support, Psychotherapy, Medication Management & Tapering, & Whole Body Hyperthermia for depression. My approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual I serve. I believe in working collaboratively with my patients to achieve their treatment goals.

Services

Integrative Psychiatry

Blends comprehensive psychiatric evaluation with functional testing and blood work to explore how metabolic health influences mental well-being, allowing for a personalized, whole-person approach to treatment. We will explore tools such as diet, movement, sleep, alternative medicines, and traditional psychiatric medications.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP is offered in a safe, supportive environment where you are guided throughout the experience to ensure comfort, safety, and emotional grounding. Each session includes preparation and dedicated integration support to help you process insights, deepen healing, & translate the experience into meaningful change.

Medication Management

My medication management service ensures that you receive the right medications in the correct dosage. This includes titration and tapering. We'll closely monitor your progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide ongoing support to optimize your treatment outcomes.

Pricing

Initial Visit: $270 for 45 minutes
Follow-up: $150-$200 for 25 minutes
Med-checks: $99 for 15 minutes
